Off The Ledge has had a rich history of employing many great employees over the years.

We actually have a wall covered in photos of all our past “generals’ (lest we forget!)  and we would not be where we are today without the huge contribution that each member has bought to the team.

Over years we have been able to stand on the shoulders of  each past generation of employees and continue to metamorphise into an ever improving and ever learning height maintenance company.
